Do I need a paypal account to join?

No. You do not need a paypal account to join our site. Paypal will let you use your credit card to purchase a membership to our site without creating an account.  Once you fill out the registration page and click "Register" you will be directed to PayPal.  From there, click the link to pay using your credit card as shown below:

Once you complete your payment, make sure to hit the “Return to Merchant” button so that your account properly registers with BrokerRevolt.


Why do you charge a fee?

Quite simply, it ensures that you have the best experience possible. By charging a fee and giving people individual accounts, we prevent users from abusing the service. Similar websites have a serious issue with spammers and brokers posting fake apartment listings to "bait and switch" renters. Those caught violating the terms of our website are banned from our community. Our goal is to create and foster a community where users not only get access to great resources and no fee apartment listings, but help each other by offering hints, tips and advice.


How do I know these are true no-fee listings?

Only approved no fee apartment agencies and landlords are given access to post listings on our website. 

Are memberships re-occurring (do I get charged more than once)?

No.  All of our memberships are one-time fees.  You only pay once, when you sign up.  When your membership expires, there is no automatic renewal or activation.

How do I use a discount code?

If you have a discount code, simply enter it into the "Discount Code" field on the Join page.  Once you fill out the rest of the registration form and hit the "Register" button, you will be directed to PayPal where your discount will automatically be taken off of your membership price.  
*Note that some discount codes are only valid for specific memberships.

How do you compare to the competition?

Not only do we offer more resources than the competition, we are less expensive. We'll let you decide how we compare. 


If I contact a landlord about an apartment and they tell me the apartment has a fee, what do I do? 

Go to the Contact Us page and describe your issue. We will investigate and take action.


How can I access the forums?

Only registered members have access to the forums.


How often are your listings updated?

Our apartment listings are updated on a daily basis or as we receive them.  Typically, we receive listings from management companies every few days, and we post them immediately. 

How does the Money Back Guarantee work? 

If you rent any of our listed apartments and pay a broker's fee, we will refund your membership fee, it's that simple!
